During a timeout at the Orlando Magic’s game versus the New York Knicks on Tuesday, an Orlando Magic cheerleader took a bad spill and fell awkwardly on her head and neck. The cheerleader was being tossed onto a male cheerleader’s shoulders when she lost her footing and fell backwards.
The fall was a pretty bad one, and she had to be stretchered off the court. She gave the fans a wave – the athlete’s sign for “I’ll be okay” – as she was carried off, though. Hopefully the injuries were not too substantial.
