David Stern is retiring in February of 2014 and most NBA fans couldn’t be more thrilled, not to mention some owners of NBA teams such as Mark Cuban. The Dallas Mavericks owner has been fined at least $1,665,000 for his criticism of the association and referees by Stern and the NBA. Cuban was at the NBA board of governors meeting, Stern’s last, and apparently Cubes was quite friendly towards the commish.
