Marcus Smart left Thursday’s Summer League game against the Portland Trail Blazers with what looked to be an extraordinarily painful hand injury.
The Boston Celtics guard fell while fighting for a rebound and landed awkwardly on his right hand. In the video, you can hear Smart screaming in pain while being taken off the court, and the replay shows just how gruesome the injury was.

Luckily, the Celtics are “almost 100% sure” nothing is broken in Smart’s hand.
