The Lakers are terrible. So terrible, that a fan created a tanking anthem about hopefully snagging LSU star Ben Simmons with the No. 1 overall pick in the NBA Draft.
The song, which (we hope) is meant to be humorous rather than good, parodies Kanye West’s “Good Life” and references several reasons why Simmons should be L.A. bound, such as his potential reunion with former Montverde Academy teammate D’Angelo Russell.
As bad as the Lakers are, they’ll have to start really taking this tanking thing seriously if they’re to beat out the putrid 76ers.
