Kobe Bryant is a huge soccer fanatic. I mean, the man can turn basketballs into soccer balls and soccer balls into cleats like a living sports deity, so his passion for soccer shouldn’t be questioned.
So, it’s understandable that Kobe is pretty excited for the World Cup. The Lakers’ star player was seen at Rio de Janeiro kicking a ball around on Saturday. Best of all, he looked pretty sharp moving around out there.
And like that, a legion of Lakers fans suddenly found a reason to cheer for the first time in 2014.
