Kobe Bryant, currently rehabbing from an achilles injury suffered last season, took to Instagram late Monday to give a visual of the knee treatments that he is receiving in Germany. The photo on the left shows Bryant being injected with some sort of fluid, while the one on the right shows acupuncture treatment.
