The always quotable Joakim Noah had another classic interview in the Chicago Bulls’ locker room following the team’s 108-95 win over the Orlando Magic on Monday night at the United Center.
Noah was talking about how he was excited he was about the sunny, warm weather that was hitting Chicago after a historically brutal winter, when a reporter broke news to the Bulls’ All-Star center that it was snowing outside.
Here’s how the exchange went (and you can see video of it above)…
Joakim Noah: “It’s the best time of year; it’s not cold outside anymore; the sun’s coming out.”
Reporter: “You haven’t been outside yet. It’s snowing.”
Joakim Noah: “You serious?! Nah!”
Reporter: “Yeah, it’s snowing.”
Joakim Noah: “That’s some bullshit. It’s snowing for real?”
Reporter: “Yeah.”
On the court, Noah’s been equally as entertaining this season. The seven-footer has an incredible four triple-doubles (second-best in the NBA), and was just two assists short of a fifth triple-double on Monday night (18 points, 10 rebounds, 8 assists). He’s the MVP of a 48-33 Derrick Rose-less Bulls team that has clinched home-court advantage in the first round of the NBA playoffs as a No. 3 or No. 4 seed.
