In what sounds like a zany radio station concert giveaway turns out to be an awesome gesture by everyone’s favorite absent-minded, crazy athletic center. JaVale McGee had some time to spare before his playoff game against the Golden State Warriors at the Oracle Arena in Oakland, Cal. so he did what every NBA player should do before an important game, he went to Marshalls. JaVale didn’t need a discounted Ralph Lauren polo shirt or a wall mirror for his house, he was there to give away tickets to Sunday night’s game. JaVale hid two playoff tickets for Game 4 at a Marshalls in San Francisco and announced it on his Twitter.

That’s some fantastic fan interaction from the often misunderstood McGee.
