LeBron James might have left Cleveland for the shining lights in Los Angeles, but you can’t avoid his presence, no matter where you are – just ask his former teammate J.R. Smith.
The Cavs guard was in Michigan ahead of the Cavaliers preseason matchup against the Detroit Pistons. While walking the streets, he ran into a Blaze Pizza, a restaurant where James is an investor, endorser, and franchisee. Thankfully, video captured Smith’s reaction of running into LeBron’s business.
“I can’t go nowhere and get away from this motherf**ker.”
“Look at this sh*t. Look at this n****. He everywhere. He just keep following me!”
Smith is clearly joking about LeBron following him, but after being his teammate for so long and then to see him depart to L.A., he still can’t escape the basketball great. That’s the greatness of LeBron. He’s such a prominent figure he’s everywhere!
