On Thursday night, the Chicago Bulls and Oklahoma City Thunder played an excellent game of basketball that came down to some exciting last-second heroics by E’Twaun Moore.
However, that paled in comparison to the return of sideline reporter Craig Sager. As one can tell from this behind-the-scenes look at Sager’s return to the courtside.
Tom Thibodeau didn’t even want to entertain the notion of discussing basketball with Sager at first (and Thibs practically gains life sustenance through the sport). Kevin Durant was only disappointed that Sager’s suit wasn’t garish enough. The NBA clearly missed Craig Sager and this behind-the-scenes footage definitely shows why Sager is respected and beloved around the league.
