San Antonio Spurs head coach, and expert real-life troll, Gregg Popovich, pulled his latest gag on national television audiences this afternoon, declaring his Big 3 of Tim Duncan, Tony Parker and Manu Ginobli will sit out tonight’s showdown with the Miami Heat.

As NBA fans know, this isn’t Pop’s first run-in with TNT this season, as poor David Aldridge had to endure one of his famous between-quarter interviews during the first week of the season. Ultimately, I wouldn’t put it past Pop to actually play his stars, but if he does, then who is the joke really on?
