Towards the final minutes of the Heat’s Game five domination against the Pacers, Dexter Pittman went straight for the jugular of Lance Stephenson, literally. Stephenson is infamous for giving LeBron James the Reggie Miller choke sign in Game three, so we can only assume this was payback. Whatever way you look at it, there is no excuse for this dirty of a play. We can only hope that the NBA will levy a longer than one game suspension for this garbage.
