Before D’Angelo Russell was tearing it up for the Ohio State Buckeyes. Before he was the No. 2 pick for the Los Angeles Lakers. Before he was sponsored by Nike. Russell was just another face in the crowd, watching Blake Griffin soar through the air for jaw-dropping dunks at the USA Basketball Training Camp.
Three years later, Russell and Griffin will be playing in the same town together but on opposite teams. And Russell has his own commercial now too.
