Tuesday night, TNT’s Inside The NBA crew opened the NBA regular season in a strange setting: an outdoor stage in New York City. As is tradition, analysts Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith and Shaquille O’Neal offered their predictions for the playoff seedings for both the Eastern and Western conferences. At least Charles won’t look like a fool when the Kings and Bobcats don’t make the playoffs *cough*Shaq*cough*.
