The absence of Serge Ibaka is a real issue for the Thunder, and it doesn’t appear to be a problem with a solution. Without their big man, the Spurs have outscored the Thunder by 46 points in the paint after the first two games of the series. While Tim Duncan had a relatively quiet night scoring (14 points on 5-of-12 shooting), the Thunder appear to be defenseless inside the paint without Ibaka, as Tony Parker was able to score at will on drives to the hoop.
