Per realgm.com, Andrew Bogut was recently quoted as saying that when he’s healthy, he’s a top Center in the NBA. Correct me if I’m wrong, but it’s still September, and NBA Training Camps have yet to open.
“Yeah … when healthy,” Bogut said. “And I’m healthy now.”
It’s still the offseason, right? Oh ok… preach on, brother…preach on.
The Bogey Man must have had a bout with amnesia lately, as the NBA season has yet to tip off. He was a former #1 overall pick for the Bucks back in 2005, and has appeared in more than 70 games only twice in his 8 year career so far (2010 was a ‘lockout’ year in which he played 12 out of a possible 66 game shortened season).
Word on the street is that Greg Oden was the one who gave Bogut the boost of confidence.
