Yasiel Puig posted this cartoon to his Instagram on Thursday with the caption “I will not be a distraction #lmao
#iwillnotbeadistraction.” The image features Puig repeatedly writing “I will not be a distraction” on the dugout wall in chalk – an allusion to Bart Simpson’s detention punishment in The Simpsons intro – and was taken from a Fox Sports article posted earlier this year.
The image’s supporting cast features (from left to right) A-Rod in his best Bobby Valentine disguise, Derek Jeter with (another) curtain call, Ryan “The Hebrew Scammer” Braun, Clayton Kershaw sittin’ on mils, Robinson Cano in a Seattle Money jersey, and half of David Ortiz flaunting his three World Series rings.
There’s a lot going on here but, as usual, Puig steals the show.
