Most Oakland A’s fans were extremely tense during the pitching duel between Justin Verlander and Sonny Gray. The amazing game wasn’t decided until the bottom of the ninth inning, however this unruly A’s fan never got to see Stephen Vogt’s walk-off single. This Oakland fan was being a nuisance and when he was asked to leave he refused. He wasn’t about to abandon his Athletics in their battle against the Detroit Tigers. He violently resisted arrest by police officers by shoving and assaulting them as well as A’s security. After a violent struggle, police, security and fans hold the fan down so he can calm down with a healthy tasering. The Oakland fan’s behavior is quickly corrected with some help from electricity and he is peacefully walked out of the stadium. It’s amazing on how 50,000 volts will completely change your perspective.
