A 3rd grade class from Queens, New York is rooting so hard for the Mets to win their series-defining Game 5 against the Los Angeles Dodgers that they wrote letters of encouragement for the team.
Twitter user @MainIdeaTweets posted some examples of the letters to Twitter and they are painstakingly adorable. Of course, if this note is any indication, the students were given a huge incentive to cheer on the Mets tonight.

In summation, if you root for the Dodgers tonight you will make a whole class of third graders very, very sad. With that in mind, please think of the children and root for the New York Mets in Game 5. No one should be pro-homework.
