Archie Bradley of the Arizona Diamondbacks is a 22-year old rookie who had one of the scarier moments of his life on Tuesday. Archie was pitching against the Rockies on Tuesday and during the second inning he took a line drive to the head.
The young man never lost consciousness and eventually walked off the field without any help. Bradley was immediately taken to the hospital for test and it revealed miraculously that he had no broken bones.
He took to Twitter on Wednesday to show off his mug, and it was not pretty.
Pretty ugly huh? In all Seriousness tho thanks for the text, tweets and prayers! Could have been a lot worse! #lucky pic.twitter.com/NasQBYWqkz

It should be noted that Archie was back in the dugout watching his team by the ninth inning.
