According to ESPN, Alex Rodriguez is claiming he was tricked into thinking the substances he received from Biogenesis were legal supplements.
While we’d love to give A-Rod the benefit of the doubt here, this seems like an awfully lame excuse, especially given Alex’s track record. A-Rod, having been an experienced user, should have known for a second time that he wasn’t just taking tic-tacs again.
