Lloyd McClendon stole the show Tuesday night when his Seattle Mariners took on the New York Yankees.
With the game scoreless in the third inning, it was ruled Alex Rodriguez didn’t cross the plane on a check swing. Mariners catcher Mike Zunino took exception and was immediately ejected from the contest.
Following Zunino’s ejection, McClendon burst out of the dugout to provide a manager tirade that probably won’t be topped all year. It was so good, he received a standing ovation.
Seattle ended up losing 5-2, their fifth loss in their last six games.
