The Rays and Indians were supposed to play each other tonight at 7:05 EST. Unfortunately, mother nature was cranky and delayed the game two hours. First pitch was moved to 9:10 PM, the two teams played an inning and a half and then were delayed again.
Things got really weird when a few hours passed without any update. Word finally came down that the two teams would begin the second inning at 12:10 AM.
During the delay some really baseball stuff happened.
We had a cross-team proposal.
Indians fan just proposed to Rays fan in the rain at Progressive Field — and guess what? She said yes!

We had two for $1 hot dogs (!).
Now the Dollar Dogs are on clearance at Progressive Field during the rain delay. TWO dogs for $1, while supplies last.
