Blue Jays first baseman hit one of the longest home runs we have seen in a while on Tuesday night, and it comes one night after Mark Trumbo launched a 478 foot home run. Encarnacion launched the moon shot in the fifth inning and it reached the 500 level of the Rogers Centre. Edwin Encarnacion is only the 14th player to reach 5th deck which gives you an idea for how big the dinger really was.
Encarnacion followed up the home run by hitting another (more modest) four-bagger in the bottom of the seventh to give the Blue Jays an 8-7 lead.
