Baseball injuries seem to get weirder and weirder as the years pass. The latest odd injury to keep a MLB player out of a few games happened this week to the Milwaukee Brewers second baseman Scooter Gennett who injured himself while showering after a game against the Pirates.
Scooter had no issues showing off the embarrassing injury and posted a photo of his finger with stitches on Instagram. We are going to assume the spelling errors in his caption are the fault of his injury.
Literally trying to grab some body wash in the shower (post game in Pittsburgh) and sliced my finger on the bottom of the metal thing that holds the shampoo and body wash!CraZ I know.
Scooter is expected to miss a couple games but should be ready to play by Wednesday according to Big League Stew.
