The Giants won the World Series last night and that meant that about fifty billion hugs were exchanged and half the champagne in the United States was consumed/spilled/poured in one locker room. Even though it’s the Giants third World Series victory in five years, the team celebrated like it’s been their first in an eternity (to be fair, the regular season often feels that long).
