Adrian Beltre hit an impressive career milestone last night when he collected his 2,500th career hit.
Things were going well. The crowd gave Adrian a nice applause in recognition of his achievement. Adrian raised his helmet in acknowledgement of the crowd.
And then Miguel Cabrera tried to pat Adrian Beltre on the head.
Adrian wasn’t the hugest fan of the attempted head pat (he has a history of being really sensitive about people, but especially Miguel Cabrera, touching his head).
The best part is how Carbrera immediately responds like nothing happened even as Beltre tries to glare a hole through his skull.
Miguel would get the last laugh as the Tigers would go on to win 8-2.
