During yesterday’s Seattle Mariners and Houston Astros game, a Robinson Cano-hit foul ball made its way down the first base foul line. The ball was scooped up by a ballgirl who proceeded to give to a young fan in the crowd.
However, rather than hold onto the ball, the boy immediately threw it back out onto the field. The ballgirl hastily ran back and gave the ball back to the kid, who then presumably held onto it for the rest of the game.
As cute as the boy’s actions were, the best part of the whole video is definitely the face-palming that the boy’s actions caused.
