Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Adam “Pacman” Jones continued to dominate the league in most arrests. Early Monday morning the outrageous Jones was accused by police of making offensive comments. Jones was a passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over around 2:30 A.M. for driving 60 mph in a 45 mph zone on a highway in Cincinnati. The driver was cited for drunken driving while Jones, but while the police officer was processing the driver Jones had to run his mouth to the point that he was cited for disorderly conduct. Jones and the driver were released and have court hearings set for Friday. The Bengals are aware of the incident and made a comment through a team spokesman, “As with most situations of this nature, it would be inappropriate for the team to comment until the matter is resolved through normal legal channels.”
Jones is fresh off his arrest for an assault charge in June after being accused of hitting a woman at a nightclub. He pleaded not guilty and is awaiting trial. His arrest record is lengthy and troubled showing that a Bengal can not change it’s stripes.
