We don’t fancy ourselves to be political experts, and as such, we’re pretty much the last people you’d want to ask to explain what the hell is going on with the Russian military intervention in the Ukraine right now. However, we’d like to share this footage of Russia Today anchor Liz Wahl quitting on air, stating that she could not “be a part of a network funded by the Russian government that whitewashes the actions of Putin.”
Russia Today is a state-owned network whose coverage is influenced to a certain degree by the Russian government.
