This year’s Rose Bowl between the Michigan State Spartans and the Stanford Cardinal was one of the best Rose Bowls in recent memory. The Spartans came back from a half time deficit and held Stanford on a critical 4th down to win their first Rose Bowl since 1988.
You gotta believe that Michigan State faithful from all over the country are flocking to the school website to buy Rose Bowl Champions gear to commemorate the victory.
Only issue is that Michigan State is selling gear with the completely wrong score on it. Like not even really close. Final score was 24-20. Shirts say 37-24. The Spartans beat the Ohio State Buckeyes 34-24 in the Big Ten Conference Championship game. That’s a little closer. Is that the game they’re referring to? Who the hell knows. It’s almost like they’re just trying to take a longer piss on the Stanford parade.
