Before we start mixing, it’s a good idea to add a few things. For one, you want moisture, so mayonnaise is the tastiest option. Want to go the healthier route? Use half as much mayo you normally would and add a little vinegar. Or, you can get weird with it (see first page) and experiment with mustard, barbecue sauce, barbecue ketchup mixture, the possibilities are endless.
