Oh hell yes.
There have been rumors of a possible Hendrix biopic of a long time, and those rumors are finally materializing. Andre 3000 will be taking on the role of the legendary musician in the new biopic “All Is By My Side,” set to start filming in Ireland in the next few weeks. The film will be directed by John Ridley, who also wrote the screenplay. The film will focus on the earlier part of Hendrix’s career, mostly focusing on the time he spent in England in the mid 1960’s leading up to the release of his debut album “Are You Experienced.”
