Seth Kraft has been the Laurel, Montana boys basketball student-manager and student-coach for the past four years. Despite being born with Dwarfism and standing only 4-foot-1, Kraft is a basketball aficionado.
This past Saturday – for Kraft’s 18th birthday – Laurel coach Pat Hansen put him in the starting lineup for the first time in his four-year career. Hansen said Kraft is even smaller than the program says, “That is kind of generous. He’s 4-1 with a ladder, maybe.”
Whatever his height, Kraft drove down the lane for a sweet floater for a great moment that he’ll remember for the rest of his life.
