Another touching moment from the world of sports. Shae Stelly, 16-year-old boy who is stricken with muscular dystrophy got his number called on a goal line scoring opportunity. The brave young man took the ball in for an emotional touchdown for his Cecilia High School in Louisiana during a scrimmage.
Stelly ecstatically describes his first touchdown, “Going on the field I was like oh my god, now it’s real. It was like it was in my dreams, you know? It really felt amazing.”
Great gesture by the coach, the team and the opposing team.
