The St. Louis Cardinals’ bullpen participated in some very important team building exercises on Friday night before their game with the Cardinals in the form of a ‘trust fall.’ Kevin Siegrist was the man who had the unfortunate job of falling backwards without looking, but it seems that everything worked out. The Cardinals had just called up the rookie left-handed reliever from Memphis (the Cardinals’ AAA affiliate) on Thursday, and the trust fall was a part of the initiation ritual.
