9. Padraig Harrington Stuns Sergio Garcia, 2007, Carnoustie
Coming into play on Sunday down six strokes against Sergio Garcia, Padraig Harrington clawed his way back, but then double-bogeyed on 18. Sergio did his thing and found himself in a bunker and two-putted sending The Open Championship to a playoff. Harrington won the four-hole playoff, becoming the first Irishman in 60 years to win The Open. He then gave one of the best speeches in British Open History.
