There is so much right with this story, and according to Gregg Doyel of CBS Sports, Memphis QB Jacob Karam showed up at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and started playing. No one at the University of Memphis knew about it it, nor did anyone at the hospital know Jacob Karam was a Division 1 athlete. He was just a guy, with an amazing talent and a willingness to share it.
