More than 35,000 runners took place today during the London Marathon, and prior to the race there was a moment of silence for the victims of the Boston blasts that killed three and injured more than 170 people. You could hear a pin drop during the emotional 30-seconds and you have to love the show of solidarity. Police and security was increased 40% for the event.
