Before the Miami Heat hosted the Cleveland Cavaliers Sunday night, LeBron James decided to troll NBA fans everywhere when he nonchalantly threw down a dunk that was slam dunk contest-worthy during pre-game warmups.
At the 36-second mark, you can see LeBron do a spin-move at the three-point line, throw a through-the-legs alley-oop to himself off the backboard from just outside the elbow and then take off from about three feet inside the free-throw line before throwing it down with one hand over what looks to be like teammate Rashard Lewis.
The fact that LeBron did this so casually is what makes it so ridiculous–probably more than half of the league couldn’t do this dunk if they had all the time in the world to try it. The guy’s reaction who is filming says it all: “OH-HO-HO-OHHHHH, WHAT!?!?”
After seeing this video, you can bet this will spark another round of, “if only LeBron participated in next year’s dunk contest.” Troll, troll, troll, your boat LeBron…
Dunk contest?
