The San Francisco 49ers have released more images of Levi’s Stadium. The new building is allegedly the “most technologically advanced building in all of sports” and is set to open next season.
The cost of the project is estimated to be in the ballpark of $1.2 billion dollars and will have a capacity of 68,500.
The move from Candlestick will be bittersweet for Niner fans as they have played their since 1971. When Levi’s does open, it will cross Candlestick off the list of the remaining unsponsored stadiums in sports.
