Arizona Cardinal Early Doucet took a massive hit on Monday Night Football, and was lucky to get up after. Doucet took a pass across the middle and was met by 49ers’ Dashon Goldson in a most unpleasant manner. The hit looked to be a clean one, but on a defenseless receiver. It was clear that Goldson led with his shoulder and not his helmet, which should prevent a phone call when the NFL league offices open up later this week. And yes, you are correct if you remembered that Nathan Goldston was kicked out of a game last year for starting a fight with Early Doucet.
