During the first half of the BCS National title game between Notre Dame and Alabama, the Tide seemed to be doing everything right. During a quick break to survey the crowd, the cameras focused on Alabama quarterback A.J. McCarron’s girlfriend Katherine Webb, and his mother Dee Dee Bonner. Brent Musberger and Kirk Herbstreit who were calling the game took special notice of Katherine Webb, and Brent took the notice to an almost creepy extent. McCarron began dating the former Miss Alabama and graduate of Auburn recently, and it does look like he has done well for himself.
Prior to the game Katherine sent her man some words of encouragement.
