Ugly sweaters are quickly becoming as much an overdone part of holiday tradition as cheap electronics sales.
Now, the NBA is really running the “ho-ho isn’t this ironically ugly, but ONLY ironically” clothing concept into the ground with these ugly sweater dresses.
As of now, the NBA Store is only stocking dresses for three teams – the Lakers, the Bulls and the Warriors – so fans of the other 27 teams in the league are spared this expensive gag gift (the dresses are $74.95 a pop) for now.
Seriously, if you want to get an NBA fan a gag gift, just get them some 76ers tickets. It’ll be cheaper than these monstrosities.
