Foamposite 1
Penny Hardaway supposedly saw these in a bag of Nike concepts and immediately decided that he wanted the Foamposite 1 to be his signature shoe (they were rumored to have been designed with Scottie Pippen in mind). Although they were worn first by Mike Bibby in the NCAA tournament (how!?!), the Foamposite 1 would go on to be one of Nike’s most popular shoes ever and the model still sells incredibly well to this day.
