Last month, Tiger Woods caused a miniature stir at his celebrity poker event by posing for a picture with a couple of models, including World Poker Tour model Tugba Ercan (on the left of the above photo).
While this immediately led to speculation that Tiger is back on the prowl, in a recent interview with TMZ Sports, Ercan squashed any rumors about her and Tiger.
“They made it seem like it was something it wasn’t, it was really just a picture.”
Gasp, just a picture! Next, you’ll be telling us that Tiger was just being polite and courteous as the host of his own charity event.
“He was very nice and polite. One of the nicest people I ever met, the charity work that he does with the World Poker Tour for children is amazing and moving to me.”
Sometimes, things are exactly as they appear to be.
As for Ercan herself, the woman has definitely increased her profile since the photo of her and Woods caught everyone’s attention. She was recently featured in Sports Illustrated’s Hot Clicks and it’s her dream to land a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model gig.
“I really would love to be the first Turkish model in the Swimsuit Issue. It’s my dream.”
