Shaquille O’Neal is going to be making a guest appearance on season two of ‘Fresh Off the Boat’ and the Lakers legend got together with the show’s star Randall Park during his time on set to sing a rousing (though not particularly clear) rendition of Katy Perry’s ‘Firework’ in Shaq’s trailer.
While the choice of song may seem odd at first glance, “Firework” is actually a plot point in the movie The Interview, where Park played North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. Shaq is apparently a huge fan of the movie.
Park recalled the whole hilarious experience of meeting Shaq (where Shaq apparently kept calling him “Russell” instead of Randall) with Seth Meyers on Late Night with Seth Meyers.
