To put things kindly, Herm Edwards is a unique football “analyst”. The ESPN personality occasionally offers tidbits of interesting information but mostly sputters off baseless predictions and constant reminders that teams need good quarterbacks to be successful. And, like his “analyst” friends at the network, he loves hearing his voice and airing his hot take. He made no exception on Friday morning while Mike Golic and Adnan Virk were hosting Mike & Mike.
First, Virk deserves more attention and respect. The guy brings the heat and is one of the most underrated media guys in the entire country. That being said, no one should be interrupting him, especially Edwards, who REALLY wanted to share his opinion of “The Dress” that captured the hearts of antagonistic folks everywhere:
