Tom Meents, an 11-time Monster Jam world champion, nearly landed the first-ever monster truck front flip Saturday night.
Meents landed on all four tires, but since he didn’t land cleanly, the flip won’t make it into the Guinness Book of World Records.
Guinness stated:
“Meents completed a full forward rotation, landing on Max-D’s rear tires, however bounced into an over-rotation so that his front tires did not hit the ground, as required by the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS guidelines.”
Regardless, it was still pretty impressive.
