Cleveland reporter Bruce Drennan said a dumb thing right before David Blatt’s press conference Thursday.
Drennan said he had a “great source” tell him that Blatt would announce his resignation as head coach of the Cavaliers.

Instead, the exact opposite happened.

Drennan might want to lower his standards of what it takes to be a “great source.” Next time, we recommend saying “mediocre,” “below average” or maybe even “non-existent.”
